Chalet Cannelle is unassuming from the outside, but step through the door to be greeted by the magnificent mountain views from inside a 200 year old cowshed that has had a complete renewal. The style of dining at Chalet Cannelle is ‘chef’s table’. The open plan kitchen & dining space allow you to see what is being created for the evening’s meal. Everything is made from scratch so expect to see fresh pasta or pastry being rolled, bread being kneaded or ice cream being churned.
