The dining experience at Chalet Cannelle is why many of our guests return each year. The large dining table next to the open kitchen gives you the chef’s table experience every night. This is where Andy spends the day, making all manner of creations from scratch for you to enjoy after your day in the mountains.
We love everything about food. Growing it, picking it, sourcing it, preparing it, eating it. It has been a delight for us to travel and be inspired by incredible chefs, return to the chalet and recreate the flavours we have experienced for our guests.
